Saturday afternoon at Steveston

Mum, this pictures is for you. A really, really cool hardware store that we thought we would come back and explore, but we ran out of time. NEXT TIME!



Davey was very, very hungry. When the boy next to us got his food first, we had to practically hog tie Davey to keep him from going and helping himself to the other boys "FRY!"



Watching the activity on the water. Davey kept saying over and over, "water, water, pretty water." The water isn't very pretty, but some of the boats were.

Mugging for the camera with Daddio. Speaking of dad, on Thursday I called Andrew "daddio" once. Now Davey almost always calls him daddio. It's so funny. Obviously have to be very careful what I call Andrew in Davey's presence!!



His ears were cold, but apparently hoods aren't cool. Even at 1 and a half.



finally, the fries came. Phew!!



Hey, remember all that painting I've been doing around our house? Davey's been very interested and in fact has even helped quite a bit. Today he decided to help a bit more. While I was distracted unpacking boxes he found a red crayon and added a personal touch to the wall. He was SO proud. I might have to put a frame over it and leave it like this.
