Cloverdale Rodeo Parade

 The Cloverdale Rodeo parade is kind of a tradition for us. We've been going for a long time. This year we met my cousin Michelle, her boyfriend Shaun and their friends' kids for the parade. The kids were a bit scared of us at first.

 It's a rodeo parade, so lots of horses. LOL

The kids had ring pops. They love how they dye their face.

Then we went home and took Cubby for a walk.

Fort Langley

 We decided to wander around Fort Langley for an afternoon. I wish we went more often, but somehow life gets in the way.

 Anyway, we started with the coopers house.

 The boys built baskets.

Then we moved to the Blacksmith's.

 They have some new props at the fort. I think. Maybe they were there last year, I don't remember actually. We had fun playing with them anyway.

 The animals hadn't arrived yet so we did some gold panning.

 Then we had lunch at the marina.

When the littles come to town

The Rossis were in town for a birthday party. Lucky for us, that meant we got see them too!

 We'd celebrated Larry's birthday that weekend so we had balloons!

 Ada has suddenly gotten very good at posing.

 Just looking at these guys makes me smile.
