Bike Ridin' at the Beach

Last weekend we had some dry weather. So even though it was almost dusk, we decided to head to the beach with the kids' bikes and let them ride along while we walked. We were hoping that we'd get them to come along willingly so we could actually walk at a brisk pace. Unfortunately, they're not really used to riding on gravel so they still grumbled and we didn't end up going far.

But it was still a gorgeous day to live in BC. This is one of my favorite views when we're in Crescent Beach. I love that we're on a very wild beach, in a tiny town, overlooking the ocean, the city of Vancouver, and the mountains. Awesome.
