On Wednesday we went up the gondola to the top of Whistler Mountain. This is something we do every year, if we can. Last year, we noticed that the glacier seemed a lot smaller. Still we made it there and built a snowman. You can see it here. So as we headed up the mountain yesterday, we were pretty excited about repeating the experience.
Only it became obvious the closer we got to the top that we wouldn't have to go far to see the snow!
In fact, our usual route was closed because of the snow, so we decided to head the opposite direction.
And there was a lot of snow!
David made an inuk shuk.
And climbed on one.
Andrew made one too.
David made another inuk shuk.
