homeward bound

These trips are always over far too quickly. We thought we'd spend most of Monday on the coast, but Jade had Kumon and Tommy wanted a three hour stretch to study for a competition he was writing on Wednesday, so we ended up leaving early in the morning.

Before we left, I asked if I could borrow Ruben for a few more pictures for my homework assignment.

The property Dave and Alexis live on is just gorgeous. I haven't really ever been off the porch. I should make a point of visiting them before they leave.

Not that they currently have any plans to move, but one never knows...

 Ruben didn't mind being my model. He did great.

And then we were off for the ferry.
