happy birthdaying with Ashlie

I didn't get to do this enough. But sometimes I started work by 6 am so that I could be done at 2 and we could head to Al Anderson and swim. Well, the kids swam. I read.

It was so hot this day, I kept wandering up to the kids and making them splash me. Jade took great pleasure in making me look like I'd peed my pants.

AND THEN Ashlie and I headed to West Vancouver for our annual birthday shopping adventure!

Where we found a lot of really bad glasses.

Park Royal is my very favorite mall so far in the world. And they've done a lot of work lately to  make it even better.

Apparently there was a lot there to impress my Ashlina.

SRSLY tho.

I want a visor.

And then we went in search of food.
