Pickles!!

Elisabeth wanted to make pickles, so Andrew picked up some pickling supplies for her. And then Nate happened to be over when she was working on her pickles, so he got in on the action too.

To be honest, the pickling cukes were probably at the end of their life, they were a little too big. But they taste pretty good for a first go.

The kids experimented with different techniques. Nate was sure his brother was going to love these coin shaped pickles.

And once the pickle making was done, it was time for a rest.
