Playground Antics

May long weekend...Ruben and Ada came to visit me and hoo boy we had fun! I wrote a lot of posts about their trip! But here are some more pictures..

The long good bye

Monday of the long weekend and time to say good bye.

We decided to do two more parks. First, one fairly close to our house that has also been redone.

It now has this sweet zip line. COOL.

 I just realized I have camera pictures of this day too. Watch for a follow up post!

This park is kinda fun. Lots for all ages to do here.

Liz even had a friend meet us here - so this became the weekend of all her old stafford friends.

 We took a quick great lunch break.

Then we headed to Walnut Grove and the water park.

This time Ruben was a little more willing to get wet. Though it took us picking him up and running him through the water to get him really into it.

 PERFECT way to spend such a hot day.

 Finally it was time to head towards North Van.

There were a lot of hugs and snuggles.

And then we said our long goodbyes.

Well, actually, when they saw their mom, they forgot about us and took off. So we had a little pity party on the docks.
