I finally broke down and bought davey a big boy blankie. Curious George actually. This is his reaction when I showed him he got to sleep with it tonight. Silly baby.

Our serious, thoughtful firstborn. David is all boy. He loves climbing trees, riding his bike, playing with lego and transformers and hurling himself off anything and everything. But he also loves snuggling. That makes him pretty much perfect in my books.
