One of my favorite things about spring: our neighbors' magnolia tree. One day I'm going to have a house with a magnolia tree, but until then, I'm glad we get to share the beauty of theirs.

Our serious, thoughtful firstborn. David is all boy. He loves climbing trees, riding his bike, playing with lego and transformers and hurling himself off anything and everything. But he also loves snuggling. That makes him pretty much perfect in my books.
