Davey and I have a new routine. He sits in the sink while I do my hair. And he likes me to make his all spikey just like his dads.  

I took some Christmas pictures of the kids today. I LOOOOOOOVVVVVVVVE christmas clothes :) 

We woke up to a wintry wonderland this morning. Later, Davey and I headed over to make a snowman with Ashlie and Jade...but here's a preview of our day.

The Famous David

Yesterday Andrew and I decided to make a trip to Ikea. As usual when I'm there lately, I was reminded of Cary and Tommi's new suite and how much I love their decor (well, not that I've actually SEEN it, but I've seen pictures...Anyway, I was thinking to myself, "hunh, I wonder if we'll run into them here" when all of a sudden, there was Cary's mom (Cheryl, one of my ex-coworkers) and her husband, Paul. As the introductions are being made, he says, 'and this must be the famous David. There are pictures of him everywhere."

hunh. The Famous David. How cool is that?!

Mashed Potato Monsters

We had mashed potato for dinner tonight. Davey and Jasper went crazy for it. As you can tell!! And later, Davey played soldiers with the sieve.

A trip to the beach

Today we went to check out a furniture sale in South Surrey with Uncle Rob. Afterwards we decided to go for a very quick stroll along the ocean. It was far too cold to stay out there long. I was kind of hoping that there would be more sun so I could get some really dramatic pictures of the mist and the sun and the ocean. Oh well, I had on the wrong shoes to get too adventurous anyway...

Time for Second Breakfast (or in Davey's case, I think it was more like fourth breakfast...and the doctor says I need to fatten him up WHATEVER!) 

 

While Davey napped this morning, Jadey had fun trying on his hats. I don't know that she liked this one so much, but as you can see, she didn't stop here...
