With the weather changing, we've been using Anny's balcony as a dining room lately. Gorgeous view and fresh, swiss air.

Here's a view of Grandma and Anny's chalet from the top/back. That top balcony is where we were eating breakfast.

Yesterday after lunch we took the gondalbahn up to Leiterli.

Remember Rob's documentary on this slide last year? Davey and Tink LOVED it. After we had expressly said they weren't going on it because it was too high/long/scary. The first time Davey went on Daddy's lap. After that he couldn't race back up the hill fast enough. This was a big hit!


We finally pried them away from the slide and went for a bit of a hike. Grossi and Anny stopped at this bench while we went a little further.

But eventually we dropped off as well and just the three Hahlen men continued.

The rest of us enjoyed dessert on the balcony of the Leiterli Restaurant.


Then it was back to the playground to burn off those calories!
