this is in the parking lot of a MALL we stopped at. My neighborhood needs to take lessons. One thing I'm noticing as we're travelling is that most communities are doing a WAY better job of preserviing their surroundings than the lower mainland is. The mall parking lots are prettier than some parks in my neighborhood. Sad.
