Here are an awful lot of pictures from this weekend.
We had round two of bonfiring at the Abelmans...Davey and Mayah played together...this was the first time they've actually played and conversed and hung out. They've played alongside each other and he's talked to her. They've yelled at each other. On Saturday they behaved like friends. It was awesome.



Tink wanted to join in.

The boys roasting hot dogs. That fire was HOT. I singed my arm hairs!!

The Murrays arrived and tink wanted to play with the big kids.

Davey was content by himself.



This was soooo bizarre. I looked up in time to see Darren scoop Davey up. they stayed and watched the horses for AGES. Davey is still very selective about who he'll allow to hold him and we don't really see Darren all that often since he's usually working.

On Sunday I wanted a family picture of us since we looked so spiffy. This was the best. Seriously. Bah!

Very pleased with herself for putting a cookie on her head at lunch time today.

I guess when Davey says she has chocolate hair, she thought he meant literally (yes, that's a chocolate cookie, chocolate side down!)
