Here's Davey filling up his pool. He loves to hold the hose himself. To make it extra fun, we leave the watering attachment on.

Still watering the pool, but a couple of closeups of him...that blue drool? That's a mixture of blueberries, raspberry juice and drool. Pretty!


So when we first moved in here, we had big dreams for fixing up our suite. And we still do. But it looks like we're going to have to stop for a while. This is where we got to though. We painted the walls a light, light blue, and we had to buy three extra bookshelves. We still have too many books, but neither of us is willing to part with any of them. We also bought the TV stand and a shelf for our dvds/videos.

As you can see we have a really, really long living/dining room. Lots of room for Davey and Tink to play. In the first picture, you can kind of see into our kitchen. The picture above this shows our long window out to the covered deck. Hmmn, should have taken a picture of the patio area. About two thirds of it is covered, with a storage area on one end. Then the other third is in front of Davey's room and affords us a great place to sit and eat in the open air. The big window from the living room lets me watch Davey from the kitchen, but doesn't let enough direct sunlight in to ever make it hot down here.

And here's a shot of Davey's room. In the bottom left corner you can see his change table. When we move Tink in here, her crib will go where the change table is, and we'll move the change table in between the two cribs. Eventually they'll have bunk beds, but that's not for ages and ages yet.
